The "5 x1000" represents in Italy a portion of the IRPEF tax that the citizen can allocate to entities that carry out socially relevant activities. Being a regularly paid tax portion, the 5x1000 is a donation that does not entail further expenses on the part of citizens.

1. Choose the right tile

In your tax return, look for the box "Support from third sector organisations...."

2. Bring the Foundation's tax code with you

Enter the Foundation's tax code and add your signature

3. How to deliver your model, it's easy!

You can deliver your completed and signed tax return form to a CAF or to your accountant. You can send it directly to the Revenue Agency if it is a pre-filled form.
Employers, if enabled, can also submit it upon your request.
